The Beginning!

For a long time now, I have been wanting to have my own blog....a place to have an open conversation about the joys and pains of motherhood. Anyone who has children knows that for every happy or funny or cute moment we experience as parents, there are typically at least as many difficult or dramatic or downright unpleasant moments to match them. I hope you'll bear with me as I share my experiences as a mother, good and not so good, with as much humor and honesty as I can muster. Feel free to chime in along the way, but only if you agree with me. OK, so that was a joke. Here we go!
